EPS/ELF have access to all major suppliers of play equipment and landscaping equipment, so no job is impossible to carry out, our head of maintenance can provide you with good solid advice and suggestions for your requirements.
At EPS, we know how important safety is for the users, EPS can ensure that your play area inspections are in line with current European Standards and provide reports for insurance companies, as all public facilities require insurance.
The law states that the requirement is for a Risk Assessment to be carried out by a competent person, however there is a duty of care by the provider of outdoor play areas to have in place a robust and documented inspection and maintenance regime.
EPS are available to carry out inspections and audits of play equipment, EPS provide the following inspections.
- General Routine Inspection of equipment with report
- Post Installation Inspection (PI) which gives the client peace of mind before final payment is made to the contractor. This is carried out against a European Standard BSEN1176
- Monthly (which includes a visual and more in-depth inspection than general routine inspection)
- Annual Inspections with Risk Assessment
